Terms of Service

By requesting a quote or engaging Countertops Redding Co ("we," "us," or "our") for countertop services, you agree to the following terms. They're written plainly — if anything is unclear, call (530) 420-6911.

Quotes & estimates

Estimates are based on the information available at the time, including the in-home measure. Final pricing reflects the actual material selected, square footage confirmed at templating, edge profiles, cutouts, seams, and any conditions discovered once old countertops are removed. We confirm any change before proceeding.

Scheduling & templating

Accurate fabrication depends on templating your installed, level cabinets. Delays in cabinet readiness, sink or appliance selection, or site access may affect the schedule. We'll always communicate timing changes promptly.

Your responsibilities

• Clear countertops and the sink-base cabinet before installation day.
• Arrange disconnection of the sink, faucet, and cooktop (we can refer a licensed plumber).
• Provide safe, clear access to the work area.
• Select final materials and fixtures in time to meet the agreed schedule.

Natural stone variation

Granite, marble, quartzite, and other natural stones vary in color, veining, and pattern from sample to slab. These natural variations are part of the material's character and are not considered defects.

Workmanship & warranty

Our fabrication and installation workmanship is guaranteed, and materials carry their manufacturer warranties, which we review in writing with your quote. Warranties exclude damage from misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, or work performed by others after installation.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated on your written quote and are due as described there. Work proceeds once the quote is accepted and any required deposit is received.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing cabinet, plumbing, or structural conditions, or for incidental damages outside our control.
